1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Globivo ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our international voice services, WebRTC telecommunications, virtual phone numbers (DIDs), and two-way SMS services.

2. Pre-Paid Wallet Model & Billing

Globivo operates on a pre-paid balance model. Call charges are billed based on transparent per-minute destination rates displayed prior to placing each call. Your wallet must maintain a sufficient balance to initiate an outbound connection.

3. Inactivity & Account Dormancy

To safeguard account security and unused funds, accounts with zero activity (no calls, SMS, or top-ups) for 365 consecutive days are placed in a dormant state. We send a courtesy warning 30 days prior. Dormant balances are fully preserved and can be reactivated instantly at no charge.

4. Virtual Numbers & Regulatory Compliance

Virtual numbers (DIDs) rented through Globivo are subject to local carrier and international telecom regulations (including US A2P 10DLC and address verification). Unlawful uses such as robocalling, caller ID spoofing, or fraudulent traffic are strictly prohibited.
