Refund Policy

1. Unused Wallet Balances

You may request a refund of your unused pre-paid wallet funds within 30 days of the original transaction date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method minus third-party payment processing gateway fees.

2. Connected Call Minutes

No refunds are provided for successfully connected call minutes. Because Globivo immediately incurs wholesale termination costs with underlying carrier networks upon call answer, connected airtime is non-refundable unless a verified network outage is evidenced in our carrier CDR audit logs.

3. Virtual Phone Numbers

Monthly virtual number DID rentals cannot be prorated or refunded mid-cycle once provisioned. Upon cancellation, the number remains active through the end of the paid subscription billing cycle before release.
